Abdur Rasheed Ghazi case: IHC dismisses plea to suspend order regarding Musharraf’s non-bailable arrest warrants

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected a plea to suspend the order regarding non-bailable arrest warrants for former president Pervez Musharraf in the Abdur Rasheed Ghazi case. To a query why Pervez Musharraf is not appearing in court, his counsel Tahir Mahmood Malik said that doctors had prohibited him from travelling due to his ailment. In his remarks, Justice Noorul Haq Qureshi said that Musharraf’s medical report was two-month-old. Meanwhile, the court has issued a notice to the complainant Haroonur Rasheed.
