December 26, 2018
LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Information Minister Fayyazul Hassan Chohan has said that the accountability is being carried without any discrimination between the opposition and government across the country. Speaking to the journalists, the Punjab information minister refuted the allegations of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leaders about political victimization and revenge. He said that the cases against Sharif were not registered by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government. Chohan slammed the former rulers for large-scale corruption and looting the national wealth. Responding to Opposition Leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz, he said that the people who looted Rs165 billion, they should have no issue if they appeared 1065 times before court. “Hamza’s father and uncle are imprisoned, in-spite of that he is declaring Imran Khan as clumsy,” he said. He maintained that the PTI government put the country on the right direction and declared Prime Minister Imran Khan inimitable player in the field of accountability. The minister said that the Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) leaders and others were also going through the accountability process in the country. Fayyazul Hassan Chohan slammed the PML-N leaders for threatening the judiciary and asked them to accept the court’s verdict.
