Accountability court grants two-day transit remand of Agha Siraj Durrani

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir has approved a transit remand of Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani for two days in the assets beyond means case on Saturday.

Agha Siraj Durrani will be produced before Karachi accountability court on Monday. Earlier, the Supreme Court had ordered him to surrender to NAB.

The court asked that when Agha Siraj Durrani will be taken to Karachi. The investigating officer replied that Durrani would be shifted to Karachi by the first available flight.

Being asked by court, Agha Siraj Durrani requested to be sent to Karachi at the earliest.

Talking to the media after the hearing, Agha Siraj Durrani said that he had been treated alike for the last 30 years.
