Accountability court not authorized to grant bail to Capt (retd) Safdar: Aitzaz

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PPP Senator Aitzaz Ahsan has said that the accountability court is not authorized to grant bail to Capt (retd) Safdar. Talking to the media on Monday, he said that friendly prosecution was being done. “Nawaz Sharif has not obtained bail. The court may order to put his name on the exit control list (ECL),” he maintained. The senator said that presently there was no stage of exemption. “The monitoring judge should take notice of the matters,” he demanded.
