ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Accountability Court on Wednesday summoned former deputy chairman National Accountability Bureau Hassan Waseem in the next hearing. The Judge Muhammad Bashir heard the acquittal plea of the former president Asif Zardari in which his lawyer Farooq H Naik argued that the original record of both references does not exist. The court remarked that the attested photocopies of the record are present. Farooq H Naik argued that neither my client has been issued notice nor there is any concrete evidence against him so the court should acquit his client Asif Zaradri. The court adjourned the hearing till September 9 and summoned former deputy chairman National Accountability Bureau Hassan Waseem in order to record his statement.
