Accused killing 9-year-old girl after rape arrested in Nowshera

NOWSHERA (92 News) – The police arrested the accused who had killed a nine-year-old girl after rape on Tuesday. The killer of Manahil turned out to be her neighbor who had attended her funeral as well. He had thrown the body into a graveyard after murdering the girl. DIG Mardan Muhammad Ali told the media that the accused was identified through the DNA test. “The accused is a friend of the victim’s father. He had taken the girl with him on the pretext of giving her clothes,” he said. He said that the accused had confessed to the crime. The body of Manahil was found from the graveyard about four days ago. On the other hand, the police are unable to arrest the accused who raped Faryal in Abbottabad. The civil society has protested against the arrest of the accused. According to the police, samples of 240 accused have been taken. The accused will soon be brought to justice.
