Actress Mishi Khan granted one-day bail in fraud case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Court on Monday extended the interim bail of actress Mishi Khan for one-day in fraud case. The actress appeared before the Session Court in Rawalpindi but her counsel unable to appear in court on which the judge Rana Aftab directed Mishi’s lawyer to complete arguments till Tuesday. It is pertinent here to mention that Dr Afshan registered a fraud case against Mishi Khan in New Town police station. Talking to media outside courtroom, Mishi Khan said that false case was registered against her, adding that Dr Afshan and her lawyer have not appeared before the court. She hoped that her bail would be confirmed in the next hearing.
