Admiral Naveed Ashraf assumed Command of Pakistan Navy as 23rd CNS

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Admiral Naveed Ashraf HI(M) TBt has assumed Command of Pakistan Navy as the 23rd Chief of the Naval Staff.

In change of Command ceremony at PNS ZAFAR Islamabad, Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi NI(M) SBt handed over the reins of command to Admiral Naveed Ashraf.

In his farewell address, Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi highlighted and underscored Pakistan Navy's significant role in country’s defence.

Outgoing Chief of Naval Staff Amjad Niazi congratulated New Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf. The ceremony was attended by senior government officials, former Naval Chiefs, Pakistan Navy officers, CPOs, sailors and Navy civilians.
