Afghan citizens can't participate in any political activity: Sarfraz Bugti

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Caretaker Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti has said that the Afghan citizens cannot take part in any political activity.

Talking to the media on Friday, he said that 10 Afghan nationals have been deported for taking part in political parties and gatherings.

He said that terrorists had targeted several politicians in the past. "A threat with regard to Maulana Fazalur Rehman has also been received," he added.

The minister said that security would be provided for the elections as overall threats exist with regard to the elections.
