Afghan govt welcomes Pakistan's efforts for peace, PM Imran Khan's statement

KABUL (92 News) – The Afghan government has welcomed Pakistan's efforts for peace and the statement of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Talking to the media on Tuesday, Deputy Information Minister Zabihullah Mujahid said that Pakistan is not interfering in the internal matters of Afghanistan. "PM Imran Khan's efforts for peace should not be viewed as interference," he added.

Zabihullah Mujahid said that stability will be created in Afghanistan despite difficulties. "The international community should accept the Afghan government. It is one-sided viewpoint to criticize without accepting the government," he maintained.

He expressed the resolve to overcome terrorism in Afghanistan soon. "Competent people have been included in the Afghan cabinet. We are also in contact with Qatar, China and other countries," he added.
