Afghan president phones COAS, expresses grief over loss of lives in terrorism

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Afghan President Ashraf Ghani phoned COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa to express grief and sorrow over the loss of lives in terrorist incidents on Monday. According to the ISPR, the Afghan president expressed his condolences over the loss of precious lives in recent terrorist incidents. Ahsraf Ghani also assured the COAS of enhanced border security measures on the Afghan side as assistance to Pak security forces during the election period. COAS Qamar Javed Bajwa thanked the Afghan president for expressing his concern over the terrorist incidents.
