Afridi expresses availability for England tour

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Former Pakistan Twenty20 captain Shahid Afridi has on Thursday said that he is available for Pakistan's tour of England if required by his country. Talking to media in Islamabad, he said that he told the selectors, it's fine to keep him away and to see where the youngsters are standing as he was staying away from the team to give youngsters a chance. "I am happy to concentrate on my county summer at the moment and then we'll see what happens later," he added. "If my country wants me later in the summer, I am available." He will play his first game for Hampshire since 2011 against Middlesex on Friday.
