After Indian forces kill four Pakistanis, Nawaz Sharif sends mangoes to PM Modi

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Prime Minsiter Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday night sent a box of mangoes to his Indian counterpart Nerendra Modi amid high tensions and exchange of fire along the border of the two countries that left four Pakistanis dead. As per details, the mangoes sent through diplomatic means, were addressed for Indian Prime Minister Modi, President Parnab Mukherjee and President of Congress Sonia Gandhi. Last year as well, Pakistan a box of mangoes was delivered soon after India called off foreign secretary talks to the Indian PM. As many as  four Pakistani villagers have been killed in unprovoked firing by the Indian Border Security Force in the days following the Eid celebrations. Pakistan also moved the United Nations in this regard, with the team of observers sent by the UN visiting the villages most affected by the Indian shelling. Also, Pakistan shot down an Indian surveillance drone last week which had violated its sovereign airspace.
