Agreement between MQM and Opposition allies demands amendment in Sindh Local Bodies Act

KARACHI (92 News) - Agreement between MQM and opposition has demanded that legislation of local bodies act will be done according to Article 140A.

The agreement of MQM with PML-N consists of 27 points whereas the agreement between MQM and PPP contain 27 points.

According to the agreement, MQM should be consulted at the time of making administrative, economical and political decisions in Sindh. General elections should be conducted after doing census. The decisions of Supreme Court (SC) should be implemented. Appointment of IG Sindh and Chief Secretary Sindh should be done on merit.

Furthermore, efforts should be made to recover missing persons and if they have any allegations those should be bought before the court. All those fake cases should be withdrawn which are MQM.
