Ahsan Iqbal demands to place name of NAB chairman on ECL

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal has demanded to place the name of NAB Chairman Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal on the exit control list.

Talking to the media after appearing in an accountability court on Tuesday, he announced to move court to get the name of the NAB chairman on the ECL as he wants to flee from the country.

The PML-N leader said that they will hold the NAB chairman accountable for forming fake cases against the masses. "The government has ruined the country in three years. The people will have to face tough times to pay off the loans taken by PM Imran Khan," he maintained.

He said that it should be told why it was necessary to announce the verdict against Nawaz Sharif before July 25. "The 'Sadiq' and 'Amin' has caused a loss of Rs 100 billion. Maryam Nawaz's audio tape does not match with the audio tape of former chief justice Saqib Nisar," he added.

Ahsan Iqbal said that the rulers had bargained the sovereignty of Pakistan with the IMF. He demanded that the Election Commission of Pakistan should announce the verdict on the foreign funding case at the earliest.
