Ahsan Iqbal denies arranging a meeting between Reham and Maryam

NAROWAL (92 News) – Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal has denied arranging a meeting of Reham Khan, former wife of PTI chairman Imran Khan, with Maryam Nawaz. In a statement on Saturday, he said that he had met Reham Khan once in an interview. Ahsan Iqbal said that the interview was conducted before the marriage of Reham Khan with Imran Khan. He said that PTI’s act to defend themselves through fabricated e-mails is shameful. Earlier, PTI spokesman Fawad Chaudhry had accused Reham Khan of meeting Maryam Nawaz. He said that Reham called on Maryam Nawaz and that the meeting was arranged by former interior minister Ahsan Iqbal. The PTI spokesman also reiterated his claims on Twitter saying that "the whole book [written by Reham] is an exercise to demolish only real opposition."
