Airport Assault: Junaid Jamshaid moves application to register FIR

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Singer-turned-scholar Junaid Jamshaid has on Sunday moved an application to register First Information Report (FIR) against unidentified men for assaulting him at Benazir International Airport last night. Some unknown men tortured Junaid Jamshaid at Benazir International Airport in Islamabad last night claiming that the preacher had committed blasphemy. In his application, former Pakistani pop star said that seven to eight people attacked him and used abusive language and he can identify them if he see them. Police launched the investigation and asked the airport security force to provide CCTv footage to carry forward the investigation.
