MUZAFFARABAD (92 News) – The political leadership of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) has accepted the PM Imran Khan’s decision as they decided to postpone a march towards the Line of Control (LoC) until Imran Khan’s address at the UNGA on Sept 27. A committee comprising heads of political and religious parties of AJK presided over by AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider was held at Kashmir House in Islamabad. During the meeting, they decided to hold peaceful joint protests across all the cities of AJK against Indian atrocities in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK). As a wide understanding at the meeting was to stage a march towards the LoC, the AJK prime minister was mandated by the participants to set modalities and fix a date for it. However, no progress could be made on the matter due to Haider’s month-long foreign tour. After return of the PM Haider, the decision on the matter was again postponed till Imran Khan’s address to a rally in Muzaffarabad on Friday. At Friday’s rally, Farooq Haider spoke about the very demand and desire in AJK to trample down the LoC.
Imran Khan urges AJK youths not to go towards LoC till his order
On the other hand, PM Imran Khan has said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi cannot succeed no matter how much cruelty he metes out to the Kashmiris in Occupied Kashmir. Addressing a big public gathering on Friday, he said that Modi cannot defeat the Kashmiris. “I will visit the entire world as ambassador of the Kashmiris and tell it about the reality of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and atrocities by Indian troops in Occupied Kashmir. The RSS founders consider Hitler their role model,” he said. “Modi has been the RSS member since his childhood. RSS has animosity against the Muslims.” Imran Khan said that India will be responded with a stone in reply to a brick. “I know AJK youths want to go towards the Line of Control (LoC) and I ask them not to do it till my order,” he said. “Let me first fight the Kashmir case.” He asked the world to stop the Indian Hitler. ” I will not disappoint the Kashmiris and take a stand for them.” The prime minister said that the Kashmir issue has been highlighted at the international level. “Muslims, Christians and other minorities are not considered equal citizens,” he said.
