AJK Legislative Assembly unanimously passes resolution against Indian illegal act of Aug 5, 2019

MUZAFFARABAD (92 News) – The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly unanimously passed a resolution against the Indian illegal act of August 5, 2019. AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider presented the resolution which demanding that people and political leadership should be released in the illegally Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IOJ&K). Addressing the Legislative Assembly, Raja Farooq Haider asked the people of illegally IOJ&K to expel non-Kashmiris from their territory. "There is no importance of Article 370 for us," he said. He said that they are standing with the Kashmiris for their struggle for independence. "Indian PM Narendra Modi is a threat for everyone. Today Modi's nefarious designs have been exposed," he said. The AJK PM said that it is being feared that India would reside RSS-trained people in Occupied Kashmir. "Kashmiris do not have relations with Pakistan due to some party," he said. Meanwhile, rallies were taken out against the illegal act of Indian PM Narendra Modi across Azad Kashmir. Rallies were also taken out in Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Kotli and other cities. One-minute silence was observed at 10am by honing sirens. A rally led by AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider was taken out till UN Observer Mission. Later, a protest resolution was presented to the UN Observer Mission. People formed human chains during the rallies.
