Ali Muhammad Khan says Sheikh Rasheed is an ally, not in our party

LAHORE (92 News) – Reacting to predictions of Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed, State Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan said that Sheikh Rasheed is an ally, not in their party.  Expressing his views in 92 News Program ‘Hard Talk’ on Wednesday, he said that Shibli Faraz is the representative or spokesperson of the government. “Shibli Faraz has not made any prediction about the NAB,” he said. To a question about PPP leader Khurshid Shah, Ali Muhammad Khan said that Khurshid Shah could challenge his detention in the Supreme Court. He said that it was fault of the opposition if it used the NAB against its opponents. “Now the NAB is an independent and autonomous department. If it raided the house of Shehbaz Sharif, it must have some evidence,” he said. PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira said that a minister openly stated that the NAB would become a Tarzan after Eid. “Khurshid Shah is in the detention of the NAB for the last eight months,” he said.
