LAHORE (92 News) Renowned Pakistani singer and composer Ali Zafar has been announced as the official performer for the anthem of the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed the news through its official social media channels, generating excitement among cricket and music fans alike.
Zafar, a long-time associate of the PSL, is no stranger to composing anthems for the league. He previously delivered iconic tracks such as "Ab Khel Ke Dikha" (2016), "Ab Khel Jamay Ga" (2017), and "Dil Se Jaan Laga De" (2018), with his 2017 anthem still being one of the most popular PSL songs to date.
His return for PSL 10 has sparked anticipation, as fans eagerly await his latest musical contribution to the tournament.
The teaser poster released by the PCB features Zafar wearing a mask, hinting at an exciting reveal. However, the title of the anthem remains under wraps for now, with the full track expected to be released soon.
The 10th edition of PSL will begin on April 11, with defending champions Islamabad United facing Lahore Qalandars in the opening match.
The six-team tournament will run until May 18, featuring 34 matches across various cities, including Lahore, Karachi, Multan, and Rawalpindi.
