All exams cancelled until June 15, announces Shafqat Mehmood
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Due to the rapidly increasing the Coronavirus (COVID-19) case across the country, Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood on Tuesday announced to cancel all exams till June 15.
The minister announced after a meeting of the NCOC reviewed COVID-19 situation in the country. He said that due to surge in Coronavirus cases, no examinations would be held till June 15.
Shafqat Mahmood said that the examinations could be delayed till July and August while the ‘O’ level examinations would be held in October and November.
The O and A Level exams have been cancelled and pushed till October/November, he remarked, adding that no student will be promoted without exams this year.
They will take
place as scheduled for those students who have to take them for one
reason or another. The rest of A2 can take exams in Oct/Nov and we will
