All matters resolved, PM & COAS often hold meetings: Fawad Chaudhary
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Information Minister Fawad Chaudhary has said that all matters have been resolved, while Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa often hold meetings.
Talking to the media after inaugurating an exhibition of Islamic calligraphy on Monday, he said that the opposition's task is to criticize. "Whenever the opposition see there is a difference between the government and the Army, all of them stand up with their CVs. When they see no difference, they start criticizing the Army and the government," he maintained.
He said that the matter of the appointment of the DG ISI would be resolved in routine.
Fawad Chaudhary said that subsidy was being given on several items, including ghee, sugar, flour and petrol. "The entire country cannot be run on subsidy," he added.
He said that US Charge d' Affairs Angela Aggeler's meeting with politicians are a routine matter. "America is now focusing on China, not the region."
The minister said that the federal government wants stability in Balochistan.
