All set for historic welcome as Nawaz Sharif leaves for Pakistan tomorrow
DUBAI (92 News) - Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif will leave the United Arab Emirates for Pakistan at 9am on Saturday.
The plane carrying Nawaz Sharif will first land at Islamabad. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has granted permission for landing of the special chartered plane of Nawaz Sharif.
Nawaz Sharif will leave for Lahore after a brief stay in Islamabad and dealing with some legal matters.
Meanwhile, UAE high-ranking personalities called on Nawaz Sharif in the house of Senator Ishaq Dar's sons. Nawaz Sharif will spend a busy day in Dubai and hold meetings with different delegations.
On the other hand, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has made elaborate arrangements to accord a rousing welcome to Nawaz Sharif. The PML-N has released a new song for the day. A stage has been prepared at the Minar-e-Pakistan.
Several trains have been decorated with the party flags and portraits of Nawaz Sharif. A train carrying PML-N workers will depart from Peshawar for Lahore at 11pm today.
