All snow-affected highways in Murree reopened: ISPR

MURREE (92 News) – All snow-affected highways in Murree have reopened and the Pakistan Army is continuing the relief and rescue operation after the heavy snowfall in area.

According to a press release issued by the ISPR on Sunday, all main communication arteries have been cleared for all types of move. "Kuldana- Barian Road has also been cleared. After clearance of main roads, army engineers are now focusing road links," it added.

The ISPR said that relief camps / medical facilitates are fully operating and army transport is plying for moving of stranded tourists to Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
