ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Former prime minister Imran Khan has said that all were onboard during his visit to Russia.

During an informal conversation on Monday, he said that a conspiracy was hatched against his government in and out of the country. "The establishment brought three proposals. I could not have thought of tendering resignations. Shehbaz Sharif has started political engineering from right now. Changes are being made in the FIA," he maintained.

Imran Khan said that he had bought things from Toshakhana after paying 50 percent of the price. "I myself will allot tickets in the next elections. I will not allot the ticket to any electable. The elections will be held at all costs," he declared.

The former prime minister said that the PTI had not taken foreign funding. "We are making a plan to resign from the assemblies in the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assemblies. I agreed to the proposal of the elections. How can I accept the proposals of the resignations and the no-confidence motion," he added.

He also announced to bring a reference against the chief election commissioner. "There is no corruption or any scandal against me. The deadlock established between the government and the opposition over the appointment," he added.

Imran Khan said that it was their mistake to file the reference against Justice Faez Isa and the government should have avoided unnecessary confrontation. "The nation accepted the conspiracy. No one uttered a word when America and India talked about 'Do More'. The people have come out with us and no one was expecting it," he concluded.
