ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The inquiry commission established under the chair of Chief Justice of Pakistan Nisarul Mulk completed its proceedings on Friday, and has reserved its verdict. As per details, a three-member commission headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Nasirul Mulk heard the arguments of all parties concerned with the dispute. On court’s question about possession of ‘form 15’ by ROs instead of the ECP, the ECP's counsel confessed that it was ECP’s negligence. The  court stressed that there must be a reason behind this. In reply, the commission's lawyer said that the ECP did not discriminate among parties. "The ECP is and was above favouritism," he claimed. The commission reserved its verdict till further announcement.
