Amjad Sabri's killer confesses to killing sufi singer

KARACHI (92 News) – The suspects arrested in the killing of renowned sufi singer has on Sunday confessed to killing Amjad Sabri. Sources said that the eye witness of the incident has recognized the killer namely Imran Siddiqui of renowned Qawal, while the accused confessed to killing Amjad Sabri. During the interrogation, Imran Siddiqui said that he had received the orders for the killing of Amjad Sabri on telephone. He further said that he had to receive Rs 200,000 for the killing which he didn’t receive. Imran Siddiqui was arrested in a joint operation conducted by police and intelligence agencies.
