Anarkali blast seems to be a terrorism incident, says Sheikh Rasheed

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed said that the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility of the recent wave of terrorism.

Talking to 92 News on Thursday, he said that the TTP had claimed responsibility of the Islamabad incident. "All departments are fully prepared to deal with terrorists. The thinking of all departments is the same," he maintained.

He said that there was a security threat in the country. "The Anarkali blast seems to be a terrorism incident," he added.

The minister said that a red alert had been issued in Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar.
