Another bombshell as NEPRA increases power tariff by Rs2.75 across country

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) approved per unit increase in the power tariff by Rs2.75 across the country including Karachi.

The amount will be received in the bills of April, May and June. The consumers will have to face an extra burden of Rs85.20 billion.

The NEPRA has sent the approval to the federal government.

The NEPRA had conducted hearing on the second quarterly adjustment on February 14.
