Another petition filed to put names of Nawaz Sharif, family members on ECL

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Another petition has been filed in the Islamabad High Court to put the names of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his family members on the exit control list. Usman Saeed, a PTI member, contended that Nawaz Sharif and his family could shift abroad to avoid the trial. He said that the trial is mandatory to take the Panama case to the logical end. The PTI member stated that he had submitted an application to the Secretary Interior to put the names of Nawaz Sharif and his family members on the ECL, but he did not respond. He prayed to court to direct the Secretary Interior to put the names of Nawaz Sharif and his family members on the ECL. Justice Amir Farooq will hear the petition on Monday.
