Another rain spell multiplies miseries of flood victims in Balochistan

QUETTA (92 News) - Different districts of Balochistan received heavy rain after another spell entered the belt, increasing miseries of the people battered by the devastating floods.

Different districts, including Jaffarabad, Dera Allah Yar and Dera Bugti. The new spell has multiplied the miseries of the flood victims residing along roads and temporary campus.

According to the Met Office, overall 368 mm of rain was recorded in August and July. Meanwhile, 687 mm of rain was recorded in Sindh, 314 mm in Balochistan and 300 mm in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In Sindh, 500 percent extra rains have been recorded in Sindh.

Meanwhile, 92 News has first time covered the devastated areas of Bolan District where no person has so far reached. In Balochistan, local and provincial roads are shut due to floods. Roads have been destroyed completely and there is no sign of infrastructure in the area.

92 News team reached the affected areas by foot and motorcycle. The rehabilitation work is going at a very slow pace due to shortage of machinery.
