ANP invites Maulana Fazlur Rahman to Qaumi Pakhtun Jirga on Mar 10

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Awami National Party (ANP) called on Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rahman at latter’s residence on Monday. The delegation, including Mian Iftikhar, Zahid Khan, Ameer Haider Hoti and Manzoor Khan, invited Maulana Fazlur Rahman to Qaumi Pakhtun Jirga to be held on March 10. Meanwhile, a delegation led by ANP leader Ameer Haider Hoti met National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaisar to invite him to Qaumi Pakhtun Jirga. Ameer Haider Hoti said that the jirga was being organized to promote harmony and confidence between Pakistan and Afghanistan. The delegation prayed for the Special Assistant to the PM on Political Affairs Naeemul Haq. The NA speaker said that he would send the invitation to the government.
