ANP leader, brother killed in Harnai blast

HARNAI (92 News) – Awami National Party (ANP) leader and his brother were killed in a huge blast targeting their vehicle in Harnai’s Shahrag Tehsil of Balochistan on Friday. As per details, explosion took place in Harnai’s Shahrag Tehsil when the miscreants targeted the vehicle of ANP leader Abdul Razzaq through a remote-controlled bomb. The Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was planted on roadside and detonated when the vehicle passed by. The blast shook the entire area killing the ANP leader and his brother on the spot. Security forces reached the spot and cordoned off the area and launched investigation into the incident. Harnai District Commissioner Abdul Salam Achakzai said that five to six kilogram of explosives was planted in Razzaq’s car. The ANP is holding a rally at Taj Lala Stadium in Pishin today. ANP chief Asfandyar Wali Khan and others will address the rally.
