Court grants interim bail to ex-PM Gilani in TDAP scam

KARACHI (92 News) – An anti-corruption court on Monday granted interim bail to former Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani in 11 cases in Trade and Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) corruption scandal. The former prime minister appeared before the court today and was granted bail. The hearing of the cases against Gilani has been adjourned till October 11. The lawyers of People’s Lawyers Forum messed in the courtroom on which the judge expressed displeasure. Farooq H Naik said that the corruption allegation against his client Yousaf Raza Gilani was false, on which the court granted him interim bail in all the cases.
