Anti-Islam elements want to create differences among various sects of Islam: Qadri

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Minister for Religious Affairs Pir Dr Noorul Haq Qadri said that anti-Islam elements want to create differences among the various sects of Islam.

Addressing Khatoon-e-Jannat Confernce in Islamabad today (Sunday), the minister has urged ulema and Mashaikh to make collective efforts to promote inter-faith harmony in the society.

He also said that they should come forward and play their due role to eradicate the atmosphere of hatred and segregation. He said that anti-Islam elements want to create differences among the various sects of Islam, adding, "We need to thwart their conspiracies and nefarious designs."

The minister said that the PTI leg government is taking effective measures to engage the western society about blasphemy. He said these efforts cannot be successful without support of the Muslim Ummah.

He said that the holy life of the Daughter of Hazrat Fatima Zarha (R.A) is ideal for our women.
