APC on military courts: PPP delegation calls on PML-Q leaders

LAHORE (92 News) – A PPP delegation led by Senate former chairman Nayyer Hussain Bukhari called on the PML-Q delegation and invited them to the all parties conference on the military courts. Leaders of both parties discussed extension in military courts and law and order. PML-Q president Ch Shujaat Hussain accepted the invitation and said that the PSL final should be held in Lahore at all costs. He said that they would each meeting in the interests of the country. “We had not budged from any national issue,” he maintained. Ch Shujaat Hussain said that the basic agenda of the APC is military courts. “Military courts have been abolished through the 21st Amendment. It is incompetence of the rulers that political parties have not been taken into confidence before the expiry of the military courts,” he maintained. Both parties agreed to indiscriminate activities for the elimination of terrorism.
