Appeals dismissed against nomination papers of Nawaz, Shehbaz & Maryam

LAHORE (92 News) - The Lahore High Court (LHC) Election Tribunal on Saturday dismissed the appeals against nomination papers of PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif, president Shehbaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz.

After the dismissal of the appeals, the PML-N leaders have been allowed to contest the elections.

In Karachi, the SHC Election Tribunal issued notices to the parties against the nomination papers of former prime minister Shehbaz Sharif for January 8.

In Quetta, the tribunal rejected the objections against nomination papers of Balochistan former chief minister Jam Kamal. He has been allowed to contest the elections.

The election tribunals will announce the judgments on the appeals against the nomination papers in four days.
