Article 6 proposal under discussion, says Azam Nazir Tarar

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar has said that the proposal of the Article 6 is under discussion as the constitution was violated in the National and Punjab Assembly.

Expressing his views in 92 News Programme 'Ho Kaya Raha Hay' on Thursday, he said that the PTI was staging a stunt in the country.

He said that the cabinet will decide whether it is the case of rebellion or not. "It is not illegal to assess such proposal.

Azam Nazir Tarar said that the former government had ruthlessly used the NAB for political engineering. "The court has clarified that the governor has no power to block the oath," he added.
