Artistes enthrall audience as colourful ceremony opens PSL Season 5

KARACHI (92 News) – Artistes enthralled the audience in the colourful opening ceremony of the Pakistan Super League 5 at National Stadium on Thursday. Colourful lights gave a festive look. The tune of the PSL anthem mesmerized the audience. Culture of different cities of Pakistan and the message of peace were highlighted through the modern technology. Artistes, enthrall, audience, colourful, opening ceremony, PSL Season 5 Ahmed Godail and Fakhar Alam enthralled the audience through his lively performance. The ceremony started with the national anthem. Later, the PSL theme song was presented on the beat of the drum. Artistes, enthrall, audience, colourful, opening ceremony, PSL Season 5 Sanam Marvi, Soch Band, Farif Ayaz and Abu Muhammad Qawwal presented the Sufi classical poetry. Sajjad Ali’s unique style received applauds from the audience. Ibrarul Haq and Aima Khan’s performances were highly liked. Artistes, enthrall, audience, colourful, opening ceremony, PSL Season 5 Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s performance was the pick of the ceremony. The entire stadium danced on the performance of Arif Lohar, Haroon, Asim Azhar and Ali Azmat. The ceremony concluded with an excellent display of fireworks. Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, the Sindh DG Rangers, Senator Faisal Javed, Dr Farooq Sattar and several prominent personalities participated in the ceremony. I hope all of us see a great tournament,” he added. PCB chairman Ehsan Mani said that he had promises in 2019 that all matches of the PSL will be played in Pakistan. “We have fulfilled our promise. We are trying to organize the PSL matches in Peshawar next year,” he said.
