Asad Khokhar's brother killed in firing during son's 'Walima' in Lahore

LAHORE (92 News) – Brother of Asad Khokhar, the designated provincial minister, was killed in firing during the 'Walima' reception of his son in Defence area on Friday.

A man was also injured and shifted to hospital. The police have reportedly arrested one of the accused.

Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar and several provincial ministers important were also present in the walima. Musarrat Cheema has condemned the incident.

Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has taken notice of the incident, sought a report from IGP Punjab and ordered an inquiry into the matter.
