LAHORE (92 News) – The accountability court adjourned the Ashiana Housing Scheme case against PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif and others till December 13.

Shehbaz Sharif and other accused marked their attendance in court. “National Accountability Court (NAB) has withdrawn its plea in a fear of being rejected,” said Shehbaz Sharif.

The PML-N leader expressed his anger at the prosecutor for interrupting when he was speaking. “When the NAB went to the Supreme Court for cancellation of my bail, it said that Shehbaz Sharif protected the rights of masses. After remarks of the Supreme Court, the NAB withdrew its application in a doubt of being rejected,” he added.

PML-N counsel Ata Tarrar said that the NAB could not produce any evidence against Shehbaz Sharif.

About NA-133 by-elections, Shehbaz Sharif said that the PTI had escaped in fear of the people.
