Asif Zardari illegal assets reference: Accountability Court adjourns hearing till October 6
RAWALPINDI (92 News) – The Accountability Court has on Thursday adjourned the hearing against former president Asif Zardari’s illegal assets reference till October 6 due to the absence of witnesses.
The hearing against former president Asif Zardari was held in Accountability Court in Rawalpindi by the Judge Khalid Mahmood Rajha.
The National Accountability Bureau’s Prosecutor Aurangzeb appeared before the court while former president’s lawyer Farooq H Naik could not appear before the court.
The court order the two witnesses Naqi Imam Malik and Ahmad Jawad Mirza to appear before the court in the next hearing.
The court remarked that the hearing should be held on daily basis under Section 16 and ordered present a report after checking the records of both the witnesses.
