ISLAMABAD (92 News) - JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman has said that the assemblies were sold in the general elections.

Expressing his views in the National Assembly on Monday, he said that they had sold democracy and made their masters with their own hands. "It should be considered seriously that where the country is standing. Why is the question being raised on the House continuously? Whether the House is the representative of the masses or someone else," he questioned.

The JUI-F chief said that the people from the government were also objecting to this mandate. "I support the PTI for giving it the right to hold a public meeting," he declared.

PTI leader Barrister Gohar said that the PTI was not allowed to hold public meetings in Sindh. "Bilawal Bhutto makes speeches and terms himself democratic. Cases have been registered for against PTI workers for staging protests," he added.
