Assets case: Khursheed Shah’s judicial remand extended for 5 days

SUKKUR (92 News) – Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) senior leader Khursheed Shah’s judicial remand has been extended for 5 days in assets beyond known sources of income case on Saturday. The court ordered to produce the PPP leader on December 12 again. During the hearing, Khursheed Shah’s counsel said that no case is made against him. “We are not demanding the bail so that the NAB should complete its inquiry.” The NAB prosecutor told the court that permission had been sought from the NAB chairman to investigate Khursheed Shah. He prayed to court that Khurshid Shah’s 90-day remand had not completed yet and his further remand should be given. Currently, PPP senior leader Khursheed Shah is under treatment at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) Sukkur, where he recently underwent an angiography procedure due to cardiac problem.
