At least 10 people killed during accidents in Mianwali, Tilagang

TALAGANG/MIANWALI (92 News) – At least 10 people killed in different accidents happened in Miawali and Tilagang on Sunday. According to the reports, four people died and 10 others sustained critical wounds when a van carrying passengers rammed into a trolley on Chakwal Road in Talagang of Talagang Tehsil. The rescuers and policemen rushed to the spot and shifted the persons to a nearby hospital for medical attention. In another accident, seven people including six members of a family are dead after the car they were travelling in fell into a canal. Seven people were travelling in the ill-fated car when it plunged into Lower Branch Canal Piplaan. One of them was rescued alive while a search operation is underway to trace the drowned people, who included three women, two children and a man. The family was taking an ailing member back home from a hospital when their car tried to overtake another vehicle and fell into the canal. The drowned people have been identified as Abdul Rauf, Shakeela, Tanzila, Dilshad, Abu Bakar, and Eman.
