At least 20 held in search operations in different cities

LAHORE (92 News) – Police have on Thursday apprehended at least 20 suspects during search operation in Lahore, Chiniot and Multan. As per details, seven people were arrested during search operation in Lahore’s different areas including Green Town. Huge contingent of police took part in the search operation. During the operations, the law enforces searched hotels and guest houses. On the other hand, police and intelligence agencies conducted a search operation in Multan’s Qasim Baila and Gujjar Khadda area and detained six suspects. Weapons were also recovered from the possession of arrested suspects, while a trader namely Shahzad was held over suspicion of having links with a banned organization and shifted his to unknown place for further interrogation.
