At least seven suspects killed in different encounters

LAHORE (92 News) – Police have killed at least two seven suspects in encounters in different cities in the wee hours of Friday. As per details, three accused namely Ramzan alias Jani, Latif alias Tifu and Iqbal alias Bali were being taken to Sheikhupura from Kasur for investigation, when the accomplices of the accused opened firing at police party in an attempt to rescue three accused. In retaliation the three accused and an attacker were killed on the spot. In another incident, a dacoit was killed and another detained while a cop sustained injuries in an alleged encounter with the police in Lahore’s Ghaziabad area. The injured cop was shifted to Services Hospital. On the other hand, a dacoit was killed in an alleged encounter in Sahiwali’s Bahadur Shah area. Meanwhile, a dacoit was killed and four others managed to escape in an alleged encounter in Sukkur’s Jagir Moor area
