ATC allows MQM leader Amir Khan to leave for Haj

KARACHI (92 News) – An anti-terrorism court allowed MQM leader Amir Khan to leave for Haj, accepting his plea for absence from the hearing. The court ordered Amir Khan to submit Rs two million as security. The court also ordered to remove his name from the Exit Control List (ECL). Meanwhile, the counsel for the Rangers announced to chllange the decision in the Sindh High Court. Amir Khan was arrested during the raid on Nine Zero. He was detained by the Rangers for 90 days.
