ATC awards 15-year sentence to banned outfit key leader Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi

LAHORE (92 News) – Anti-Terrorism Court No 3 Judge Ijaz Ahmed Buttar awarded 15-year sentence to Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, a key leader of a banned organization, on Friday.

The court also fined him Rs 300,000. The court pronounced the judgment after recording statements of the witnesses and hearing the arguments.

Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi faces the charge of running a dispensary and collecting funds illegally. A few days back, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) had arrested Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi.
